Need guidance

I'm in need of guidance I've been out and on parole for 7 years in Texas. My wife is one of my co-defendents and I was paroled to her house. I have transferred to Houston TX and didn't have a problem with it there. Now I have moved to Midland Texas and now it's a problem. We are legally married for 28 years. Now they want me to leave my wife. So that's where I'm at. Need lawyer or something

I asked Daniel for his input on this. The following is his response:

“ From my understanding of constitutional law, it would be unconscionable and unlawful for DOC to violate your marital rights, your rights to associate, and it would be a breach of your eighth amendment, right against cruel and unusual punishment. Unless it is in your judgment and sentence to invalidate the marriage, to have a no contact order, or an order to divorce it is NOT valid. You should file a grievance with DOC, exhaust all your administrative remedies, and then file a pro se 1983 civil lawsuit in the closest US District Court. That is my opinion. Keep us updated on how you proceed and what happens next in your journey. Don’t let this corrupt system alienate your wife’s affections, and keep you away from your soulmate. In solidarity, Daniel”
